Where is my data?
Hoila stores data at Hetzner in Germany, a move to Switzerland is planned. Changes are drafted by Claude (Anthropic), and your content isn't used to train AI. A data processing agreement is part of every plan.
Can my staff send changes, while only I decide?
Yes. You choose for each person what they may change, or whether they may only look along.
Can I switch off WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp only works for numbers you have confirmed. Don't link one, and it stays off.
