Roles you set
Per person and website: look only, change content (texts, photos, shop, menus), design, or code. Content editors can't change CSS, theme files, code or plugins.
Many websites at once
Update the same thing on many client websites in one go, like a new legal notice or a plugin update, each as a draft you check.
Your logo, your name
On the Agency plan, clients see your logo on the approval screens, in e-mails, reports and their client portal.
WordPress care
Regular updates and check-ups. If an update breaks something, Hoila rolls it back and tells you.
Previews for clients
Share a private preview link, so clients approve before anything goes online.
Clients own their data
Web addresses and data stay in your clients' names. No lock-in for them or for you.

Hoila is made by Ampersand, a web studio in Zurich, and we use it on our own websites, too. We know how agencies work, because we are one.
Questions agencies ask us
Will Hoila contact or sell to my clients?
No. Your clients stay your clients. We don't market to them.
Can clients break the design?
Give them the Content Editor role: they can change texts, photos, prices and menus, but not the CSS, theme files or plugins.
Which websites work?
WordPress (with WooCommerce and page builders) through a small plugin, any other website over SFTP, and apps hosted with Hoila. Sites on Wix, Squarespace or Jimdo can be copied over once.
How is it billed?
Per client website and month. Each website includes assistant use up to CHF 10 a month; beyond that Hoila asks first.
